Klima-Therm Group is a leading supplier and manufacturer of premium air-conditioning and ventilation systems both for professional use and individual consumers.

The building owned by AC S.A. does not only house the company's headquarters, but also an R&D centre and a production hall. The facility was equipped by Klima-Therm Group with Klima-Therm by Clint equipment.

Two chillers with a total capacity of 368 kW were installed, including the CHA/K-FC 604 P unit with Free Cooling (glycol as the refrigerant), cooperating with 40 ducted fan coil units. The production hall is handled by two chillers with a total capacity of 366 kW, as well as UTW ducted and TCW cassette fan coil units.

The production and warehouse building of the recording studio no. 2, intended for the production of TV shows, is an investment of Cyfrowy Polsat.

Klima-Therm Group supplied devices dedicated to, among others, rehearsal rooms, make-up rooms, production rooms, changing rooms, stylists? areas and conference rooms. Fujitsu Airstage VR-II comfort air conditioning system with heat recovery, consisting of 3 outdoor units and 36 indoor cassette units, as well as 2 Klima-Therm by Clint chillers from the CHA/K series, was installed in the building. 3 MCKS air handling units and an AGB heating set from the Klimor brand were supplied for the building.

Tauron Wytwarzanie is the second largest electricity producer in Poland. The company?s core business is the generation of electricity and the generation and supply of steam. Tauron Wytwarzanie has 4,671 MWe of installed electrical capacity and 1,496 MWt of achievable thermal capacity. The company has seven plants, one of which is the ?aziska Plant located in ?aziska G?rne, which is a coal-fired plant with its own heating substation.

In carburising control and electrical switchgear rooms, the MEA/302 chiller and 5 MHA/K 202 condensing units with a total cooling capacity of 370 kW were installed.

The Po?aniec Power Station, which belongs to the French group GDF Suez, is located in Zawada near Po?aniec. Its current capacity is 1575 MW. It operates on the principle of co-combustion of coal and biomass and is responsible for 5% of electricity production in Poland. The largest investment of the plant in Po?aniec, and the largest investment of this type on a global scale, was the construction of a single power unit for renewable energy sources, knows as the green power unit. The green unit is a next-generation 100% biomass FBC boiler with a generating capacity of 205 MW. The block allows to supply energy to 600 thousand households.

The technical (control rooms) of the green power block are air conditioned using systems provided by Klima-Therm Group. A system based on Klima-Therm by Clint devices was installed in the facility, consisting of the MEA 1102-V chiller with screw compressors and the MR1500 hydraulic module, and 2 MHA K 524 condensing units. The rooms are also equipped with 5 sets of Italian Montair brand precision air conditioners controlled by ModBus communication protocols.

In the production and warehouse section of the building belonging to MK Sp. z o.o., 18 Fujitsu Split units (including 12 Nordic wall-mounted units), one KCX recuperator and one Klima-Therm by Clint chiller from the CHA/K series with 115 kW of cooling capacity were installed to work with coolers of 2 MCKS air handling units with Klimor gas modules. For the office building, the Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-III comfort air conditioning system (3 outdoor units and 26 indoor cassette and ducted units), 2 Fujitsu Split units and another 7 MCKS air handling units were delivered.

The first plant of Nestlé in Poland, which is producing Purina PetCare pet food for European markets, is Nestlé third such investment in Central Europe. As many as 73 Klima-Therm by Sabiana fan coil units, which cooperate with chillers, were installed in the production hall of the plant. The total cooling capacity of the Maestro MTO and CRC ducted units and Sky Star cassette units exceeds 760 kW.

The ??d? Special Economic Zone includes a new distribution and high-storage warehouse for deep-frozen products produced by the New Cold company. There is a fully automated cold store inside the facility with a temperature of minus 24°C. Two Klima-Therm by Clint direct evaporation units and the Fujitsu Airstage VR-II comfort air conditioning system with 135 kW of cooling capacity were installed in the office and utility part of the building. The server room was supplied with 4 Fujitsu Split units with a capacity of 32 kW.

The pharmaceutical company Natur Produkt Pharma Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer of the highest quality medicinal products and dietary supplements. The main product of NP Pharma are effervescent tablets. The manufacturer runs a state of the art laboratory capable of performing microbiological, physical and chemical tests, focused on the needs of the pharmaceutical and the food industry.

As part of the modernisation works carried out by NP Pharma, Klima-Therm Group supplied an energy-saving chiller with a free cooling system from the Klima-Therm by Clint brand, which replaced a damaged unit from a competitive brand. The unit produces chilled water for the needs of the technological installation (process line). In the next stage of the modernisation process of the plant, the warehouse of semi-finished products, with an area of 1,080 m2, was equipped the Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-II air conditioning system, which operates in both cooling and heating mode. The implemented solution consisted of 3 outdoor units and 6 ducted units characterised by high external static pressure.

Designed in the early 1970s, the Czajka Wastewater Treatment Plant was commissioned in 1991. The plant is located in the north-east of Warsaw and occupies an area of 52.7 ha. At present, the plant receives municipal sewage from both the right and left bank of the Vistula and from other neighbouring gminas.

The concept prepared by the Prochem design studio took into account the use of Klima-Therm by Clint chilled water equipment, and this recommendation contributed to Klima-Therm Group?s success in winning the contract. Within the modernised facilities of the Czajka Wastewater Treatment Plant, a CHA-FC 2004 chiller with free cooling option, TCW cassette fan coil units (37 units) and FWV/VW cassette fan coil units (10 units) were installed.

Putka Bakery in Jawczyce is a modern and automated production plant, owned by Polpain Putka Sp. z o.o.

The facility was equipped with the Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-III comfort air conditioning system, operating for the needs of office, research and laboratory rooms. The air conditioning system consists of 2 outdoor AJY396LALBH and AJY090LALBH units and 37 indoor wall-mounted and cassette units. Two Fujitsu Split units were installed for the needs of the server room.

District Dairy Cooperative in Sierpc has been active since 1927. The company specialises in the production of high quality Swiss-Dutch, Dutch, Italian and cottage cheese. The plant has won many prestigious industry and consumer awards, and has a great number of certificates confirming the highest quality of the manufactured products. The dairy in Sierpc has recently completed an investment by constructing a new production hall.

The hall is equipped with the Klima-Therm by Clint industrial air conditioning system based on 6 CHA/K/ST 453-P, 604-P and 826-P units as well as MHA/K 21 and 61 units with a total cooling capacity of 592.9 kW.

TechniSat Digital is a company with German roots, founded in 1987 to provide high-quality products for receiving satellite TV. Today, TechniSat manufactures digital receivers for satellite, cable and terrestrial television (DVB-S/-C/-T). It also offers multiswitches, headends and installation accessories. Since autumn 2006, TechniSat has also been running a production plant in Poland, located in Oborniki ?l?skie near Wroc?aw.

The factory supplies the Polish, Czech, Slovakian, Hungarian and Portuguese markets. As a result of the works carried out, the factory was equipped with an air conditioning system by Klima-Therm by Clint consisting of 2 CHA/K 604-P SI+PS chillers. The use of 2 identical units, which operate alternately, was dictated by safety reasons. The system is complemented by 14 UTW 274 Klima-Therm by Clint fan coil units, whose task is to individually regulate the room temperature. There is also a Klimor air handling unit with heat recovery on a cross-flow exchanger with a water heater and a water cooler. The capacity of the air handling unit is 18,000 m3/h.

Trumpf Mauxion Chocolates Sp. z o.o. is a part of one of the largest producers of chocolate products ? Ludwig Schokolade GmbH ? whose origins date back to 1857. Today, Ludwig Schokolade, and thus the Polish company Trumpf Mauxion Chocolates, operate within the Kruger Group, a world-famous producer of Trumpf, Mauxion and Fritt chocolate products. The Trumpf Mauxion Chocolates plant in Skocz?w specialises primarily in the production of chocolate bars sold under the Trumpf and Mauxion brands.

One of the production lines of the plant is cooled with the Klima-Therm by Clint condensing unit type MHA/K 393+RP+AG with a capacity of 117 kW.

The American TRW Automotive enterprise manufactures high-end brake boosters and brake master cylinders. The company delivers its products to more than 40 global automotive companies for up to 250 different types of vehicle and enjoys a leading position in all product categories it manufactures. The Gliwice plant of TRW Braking Systems Polska is located within the Katowice Special Economic Zone. On 18 production lines, manned by more than 500 employees, approximately 4 million brake booster systems are annually assembled. The regular clients of TRW Braking Systems Polska include such automotive companies as PSA, Renault-Nissan, Fiat, Mercedes-Daimler, BMW, General Motors, VW, Porsche and NCC.

As part of the investment consisting in the expansion of the TRW factory in Gliwice by the addition of another production hall and office space, the newly constructed facility was equipped with an air conditioning system supplied by Klima-Therm Group. The air handling units installed in the production hall are supplied by 4 Klima-Therm by Clint condensing units (MHA/K 151 x1, MHA/K 453 x1 and MHA/K 604 x2). The Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-II system consisting of 3 units (AJY108LALH, AJYA144LALH) and serving 25 indoor cassette units ensures air comfort in the office section of the building.

Valeo is an international group of companies fully focused on the production of components, integrated systems and modules for the automotive industry. As a leader in the automotive industry, it has a constantly developing international network of branches. Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems manufactures components for starters and alternators, produces starters as well as regenerates alternators, starters and compressors for car air conditioning.

Klima-Therm Group has equipped the Valeo test hall in Czechowice-Dziedzice with a professional cooling system. The HVACR system design uses 2 Klima-Therm by Clint chillers: one CHA/K/FC 27012-P+RP+AG+MN with pump, free cooling module and 12 scroll compressors and another CHA/K 363-P+ CC+IS+CR+AG unit equipped with 3 scroll compressors. Both units operate in cooling mode only.
